As Director, Proxy Voting Research and Operations, Jackie is responsible for overseeing the development of new proxy voting tools, products and research outputs.

Jackie is a specialist in corporate ESG disclosure analysis. She founded and runs the Fund Votes project, which tracks institutional proxy voting and proxy-related metrics, and The Climate Risk Disclosure project, which identifies, categorises and evaluates narrative climate-related corporate disclosures and which powers Ceres’ SEC Disclosure Search Tool.

Jackie has worked for governmental, academic, advocacy and commercial organizations in delivering ESG-related research and analytical data solutions. She’s authored a number of research reports and academic articles on shareholder activism, corporate governance and mutuality and is a graduate of Oxford University’s Saïd Business School as a Rhodes Scholar.
