Juana Lee (she/her) is a Shareholder Engagement and Policy Analyst at SHARE.
Juana provides research and analysis on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues with a focus on human rights and decent work.
Before joining SHARE in 2021, Juana held positions in various non-profit organizations that focused on corporate liability, historical justice, and human rights. Most recently, she was a Researcher at Corporate Accountability, where she researched political interference and industry lobbying related to big food and beverage corporations.
Juana holds a Master of Arts in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University. At Columbia, she conducted field research on the post-World War II forced labour redress movement in Asia, illuminating the urgent need for corporate accountability and historical justice for survivors and bereaved family members.
She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Transitional Justice and Post-Conflict Reconstruction from Western University.
