Morguard commits to increasing board’s gender diversity

Globe and Mail article about Morguard Corporation’s announcement that it will add a woman to it’s Board of Directors. The announcement comes after the company received a shareholder proposal from SHARE client the B.C. Teachers’ Federation, calling on it to adopt a formal board diversity policy by December, 2017.
