Say on Pay at Suncor Slated for 2011

Dialogue is moving swiftly this year between Meritas and the Canadian companies at which it filed shareholder proposals asking for a say on pay.
Suncor is the second of 12 companies where Meritas filed a say on pay proposal late in 2009 to agree to hold the vote. The company’s decision concludes a dialogue coordinated by SHARE that began in June 2008.
