PCC Investors Call for Price on Carbon to Address Climate Change

Presbysterian Church of Canada reports on an investor letter signed by fifty-three religious institutional investors asking ask that the Government of Canada establish mechanisms to set a clear, reliable and effective price for carbon emissions.
