Investor Roundtable on the Canadian Sustainability Disclosure Standards

Join SHARE and the Financial Reporting and Assurance Standards (FRAS) for a conversation on the role of investors in implementing sustainability disclosure standards in Canada.
The Canadian Sustainability Standards Board (CSSB) has released its first proposed Canadian Sustainability Disclosure Standards (CSDS), replicating recommendations put forth by the global baselines of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). The CSSB has opened consultation on CSDS 1 and 2, looking to hear from investors on proposed modifications and desired requirement changes.
On Thursday, May 9th at 2:00 pm ET, SHARE will be hosting a limited-attendance facilitated roundtable with the CSSB and FRAS. The roundtable will provide education on the standards, followed by a discussion period centering current feedback and modifications from Canadian investors, including the role of reconciliation and building investor/issuer consensus.
This will be a closed roundtable discussion with a maximum of 20 attendees. Registration will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to secure your spot as soon as possible.
